Intro

If you listened all the way to the end of the last episode you know my answer to this week’s question and the bottom line is that attitude adjustments are things that we have to work on all the time. Our attitudes really can change pretty quickly. And even when we’ve been doing the work and think we’re all lined up with the right kind of energy life can bring you right back into the middle of that transformation process... knowing that it doesn’t always happen all at once and that all of those old emotions, characteristics and patterns are reminders for checking your motives and readjusting your aim.
