Surrender Practice Challenge

Surrender Practice Challenge.jpg

Intro

So much of the work we do with Surrender depends on incorporating the first two Principles… and working all three of them together is exponentially more effective than just working on one. In the Yoga Sutras it says that if we could surrender completely we wouldn’t need to do anything else… we’d have the answers we were looking for and all the peace we could ever imagine. But for most of us surrender is an ongoing practice. For most of us it takes time to grow that kind of Faith. So we come back to this strong foundation over and over again. All of the work that lies ahead depends on this…

Show Notes

The Surrender Challenge builds everything we’ve already done with the first two principles to make a connection with the present moment and an energetic Source. Now we’re looking for areas of over-connection and ways to start letting go. Hopefully you’re starting to see how the first three Principles can work together and get a better understanding of how they can be used to start growing Faith in the process. That really is the basis, the foundation for all of the work that lies ahead.
